For 3yo-&-older trotters. In the event there are nine or fewer acceptors for this race, the club reserves the right to add out of form 1-win trotters from Race 2, off a handicap of 30-metres.
For R35 to R40 trotters. The winner will get a rating penalty free win if 4YO and older, and driven by a Junior Driver, and has not previously won a rating penalty free race this season.
Front: R41 to R45 trotters. 10m: R46 to R50 colts & geldings. 20m: R51 to R57 colts & geldings. 30m: R58 to R65 colts & geldings. The winner will get a rating penalty free win if 4YO and older, and driven by a Junior Driver, and has not previously won a rating penalty free race this season. Also eligible are any horses eliminated or balloted from Race 4 (Jasmyn' Gift)
For R45 to R100 3yo-&-older trotting fillies & mares. Front: R45 to R55. 10m: R56 to R65. 20m: R66 to R79. 30m: R80 to R100. This race will be selected highest to lowest.
For 2-year-old pacers. Preferential Barrier Draw Based on: Winning Stakes numbering sequentially from 1.
For 3-year-old pacing fillies. PLEASE NOTE: Race Winning 3YO Fillies eligible for this series will not be permitted to accept for any other race on the programme, including the Final, unless the Nevele R field is full (13 acceptors). Emergencies selected for fields within this Series, who subsequently gain a start in a field, must start in the Series race concerned and therefore will NOT be permitted to scratch and start in another race on the same programme.   1. RIGHT OF RE-ENTRY TIME


    Shall be 5pm on day before raceday.

  2. ORIGINAL NOMINATIONS


    In the event horses are transferred to another race from the trainer, selection preference will be given to original nominations received for that race.

  3. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO NOMINATORS


    Owners and Trainers are reminded that the bureau has the right to transfer any horse not selected to start in a race for which it was nominated to ANY OTHER RACE ON THE PROGRAMME for which it may be eligible. If you do not wish the bureau to exercise it's right to transfer a particular nominated horse then it is your responsibility as the nominator to advise the bureau of the same.

  4. SPLITTING FIELDS


    In the event any race or races are split on this Programme, unless specific in the individual race conditions, races will be split and selected at the bureau's discretion, with consideration given to Ratings in the first instance.

  5. DUAL ACCEPTORS/NOMINATORS


    In the event that horses have gained a start at another meeting these horses are not guaranteed to gain a start at this meeting.
