For 3yo-&-older trotters. Front: 3 yrs & older horses with no wins for lifetime. 30m: 5 yrs & older horses with 1 win for lifetime with earnings up to and including $1200 in the last 3 starts.
For R35 to R41 3yo-&-older pacers. Preferential Barrier Draw Based on: Rating numbering sequentially from 1. The winner will get a rating penalty free win if 4YO and older, and driven by a Junior Driver, and has not previously won a rating penalty free race this season.
For R42 to R50 3yo-&-older pacers. Preferential Barrier Draw Based on: Rating numbering sequentially from 1. The winner will get a rating penalty free win if 4YO and older, and driven by a Junior Driver, and has not previously won a rating penalty free race this season.

  1. RIGHT OF RE-ENTRY


    Shall be 5:00pm on the day before raceday.

  2. ORIGINAL NOMINATIONS


    In the event horses are transferred to another race from the trainer, selection preference will be given to original nominations received for that race.

  3. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO NOMINATORS


    Owners and Trainers are reminded that the club has the right to transfer any horse not selected to start in the race for which it was nominated to any other race on the programme for which it may be eligible. If you do not wish the Club to exercise its right to transfer a particular nominated horse then it is your responsibility as nominator to advise the Club of the same.

  4. LADYSHIP STAKES


    For non-win (MR) filly or mare pacers aged two years and older at the closing of nominations for the Wairio TC meeting to be held on Thursday 14th October 2021. Conditions: 1. Open to all filly or mare pacers aged two years old and older that have never won a race (non-winners, MR) 2. To be eligible to start in the Ladyship Mobile Pace a filly or mare must start in at least one race and win its first race run by the Southern Harness Racing Clubs (Wairio TC, Oamaru HRC, Tuapeka HRC, Invercargill HRC and Winton HRC) in the period from 14th October 2021 through to 9th December 2021. Field Selection for the Ladyship Mobile Pace will operate as follow: Most wins at a Southern Harness Racing meeting during that period, most seconds at a Southern Harness Racing meeting during that period, most thirds at a Southern Harness Racing meeting during that period, then club discretion 5. The $12000 Ladyship Mobile Pace to be held at the Wyndham HRC meeting on Wednesday 15th December 2021 and will be raced over 1609m, from a mobile start, with a preferential barrier draw based on winning stakes.

  5. DUAL ACCEPTORS/NOMINATORS


    In the event that horses have gained a start at another meeting these horses are not guaranteed to gain a start at this meeting.
