Undoubtedly the Macca Lodge Kindergarten Stakes and the Hunter Family Handicap Pace were the features of today’s harness racing meeting at Wyndham, but there was a strong support card too.

In Race Two veteran pacer Sagwitch (Lis Mara) led and held on to win by a head providing Gore trainer Syd Breen with his fiftieth winner. His first winner Royal Pep (Peppy Fulla) succeeded on the same course in February 1992.
